Set and monitor nursery goals alongside the senior team to achieve excellence
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, managing occupancy to ensure maximum capacity
Collaborate with parents and staff to support children’s learning journeys
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children and team members
Fulfill all legal and statutory requirements with diligence • Lead and support your team, fostering positive working relationships and being an effective mentor
Monitor the quality of the nursery, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices
Partner with senior management to achieve continuous improvement and meet Ofsted standards
Provide a safe, high-quality education and care for all children attending
Organise and attend at least two parents/carers evenings per year to strengthen community ties
