Finding the Right Fit, Always

After spending 10 years within a nursery, I was so scared to jump into a new opportunity. However, The Early Years Agency team walked me through the whole process which made me feel a lot better to go and just have an interview. I was so happy I went though with it because now I have found a company I love and I couldn't not be happier .

I was made redundant at the start of the year and struggled to find a job that would work around me and my family. I attended a recruitment event where I met the team and they told me about the temporary agency role. This role is the best fit for myself and the family.  I can choose which days and hours work for me each week and the team will find assignments for me.
